THE GAP YOGA CLASSES
Casual Classes are $25 each.
YOU MAY ALSO PAY IN ADVANCE FOR THE FULL TERM for $20 per class. The term bundle payment may be used across the class times within Term 1.
Student , Pensioner Concession $18 per class if paid for the term or $20 casually.
Please let me know if you are experiencing financial constraint. The aim is for all of the Yoga classes to be available to everyone.
After 25 years at THE GAP YOGA in Cedarhurst Street this year the classes will move to new spacious venues.

IF ATTENDING IN PERSON PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MATS, BLANKETS, PILLOWS OR ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE FOR YOUR OWN COMFORT.
If attending by zoom. Please do your best to set aside the time and space for the yoga class/your practice with your group , as free of distractions as possible . Please try to connect your device to the zoom session at least 5 minutes before class start time to avoid class interruption. Though we are online we will all benefit from observing Yogic discipline during class time.Monday 5.30 -6.45 pm.

Ongoing online yoga philosophy group . This term we will resume learning opening invocations , chanting of the Bhagavad Gita and open discussion as we go through each verse.
