RETREAT - Springbrook Yoga retreat 1-4 May. - The only Springbrook retreat for this year includes morning mantra and meditation , Asana , talks on philosophical traditions and practical sessions with varied yoga techniques. Evening active meditation and relaxation practices x2. Great food from James and fine company. Free time for rest and walks. Cost: $ 840 (Please let me know if you wish to attend but require financial assistance )

Studio Tribe , 10 Payne Rd, the Gap . Parking on site available . Studio is upstairs in SHO Dance studio 2 . Elevator or stairs. Air conditioned comfort. You’re welcome to stay for a cuppa afterwards. Please bring your own mats, pillows etc
